Lt Gen Dushyant Singh, PVSM, AVSM (Retd), is an alumnus of NDC, DSSC, CDM, and Naval Post Graduate School California, USA. He also holds the distinction of having served twice in the elite National Security Guards, as the Deputy Inspector General (Operations) and the Inspector General (Operations). Besides contributing regularly in various defence journals and newspapers, he has also written chapters in two books namely, “Understanding Suicide Terrorism" and “Countering Terrorism : Psychological Strategies”.
